Terms & Conditions — The Dimpled Baker

By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please take a moment to read them so we can make sure your experience goes smoothly.

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. For invoice-based orders, payment in advance is strongly recommended. We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid order by the scheduled pickup date. Once an invoice is issued and preparations have begun, the invoice remains payable even if the order is canceled or postponed.

All items are made to order with care, and we ask for a minimum of 3 days’ notice to ensure your cupcakes and bouquets are fresh and beautifully presented. Pickup from our home bakery is preferred; we’ll provide the address once your order is ready. If you’d like delivery, you may arrange your own rideshare service (Uber, DoorDash, etc.) — coordinating with the driver is the customer’s responsibility. Once your order is picked up or handed to a driver, The Dimpled Baker cannot accept liability for handling or transport.

Because our products are handcrafted and perishable, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the situation.

Our cupcakes may contain egg, wheat, cocoa, sugar, milk, thickened cream, nuts, and butter, and may also have traces of peanut, tree nut, sesame, or soy. We use food color additives in our buttercream. Please reach out if you have allergies or need more ingredient information before ordering.

Each item is handmade, so colors, decorations, or designs may vary slightly from sample photos — this makes each creation unique and is not grounds for a refund or exchange.

We love sharing our creations online! We may photograph your order for our website or social channels, but if you prefer your bouquet not be photographed, just let us know when placing your order.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Changes to design, date, or pickup arrangements are at The Dimpled Baker’s discretion and may not always be possible.

This website and all content are owned and operated by The Dimpled Baker. All images, text, and product designs are protected by copyright and may not be used without written permission.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), provide accurate contact and payment information, and agree not to misuse the website.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, The Dimpled Baker is not liable for allergic reactions, delays caused by third-party delivery, or any loss or damage once the product has been collected or delivered.

We may update or modify these terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon posting. The Dimpled Baker may terminate access or refuse service for conduct that violates these terms or harms the brand.
